About the Company

Rise Global was established in 2007 as a subsidiary of Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Corporation (abbreviated as HMH, the largest K-12 publisher in the U.S.). Over the past decade, with a dedicated commitment to elevating educational quality through advanced technology, Rise Global has developed over 400 centers in more than 150 cities worldwide, including 4 centers in Vietnam. These centers are designed based on English language programs and subjects such as mathematics, science, and language arts, currently taught in the U.S. elementary and middle schools. 

Rise Global's program in the U.S. is being used by over 5 million students aged 3 to 12. By incorporating technology into English language classrooms, students learn with enthusiasm and experience each context in the most effective way. Rise Global's digital English language teaching program has been certified by an academic council of professors at Harvard university, based on a research into language effectiveness, knowledge, and skills.

1. Job Description

A. Customer Consultation & Support

  • Introduce and counsel customers on suitable English courses based on their needs.
  • Identify and understand students’ and parents’ needs through the consultation process.
  • Guide students in placement tests and assist with class assignments.
  • Provide ongoing customer support throughout the learning process, ensuring students and parents receive accurate and timely information.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding course content, schedules, tuition fees, and center policies.


B. Student Management & Development

  • Identify, build, and expand the potential customer base.
  • Proactively contact students and parents to encourage re-enrollment for the next level, ensuring 100% achievement of re-enrollment KPI.
  • Inform students and parents about promotions, scholarships, and enrollment events to attract new students.


C. Student Support & Learning Progress Monitoring

  • Track students' attendance and academic performance to ensure progress and engagement.
  • Serve as the primary contact between the center and parents regarding students’ learning progress.
  • Collaborate with the academic department to address any student-related academic concerns.
  • Record, handle, and report any issues or feedback from students and parents to management.


D. Center Operations & Administrative Support

  • Assist in organizing center events such as seminars, extracurricular activities, and enrollment events.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing, Academic, and Operations teams to implement enrollment programs.
  • Support administrative tasks related to students, including enrollment contracts, registration documents, and cashier duties.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.


2. Candidate Requirements

  • Strong customer psychology understanding and persuasion skills.
  • Clear, articulate, and easy-to-understand speaking voice.
  • Energetic, eager to learn, and proactive.
  • Friendly attitude, positive mindset, and enthusiasm for goal-oriented and challenging work.
  • Ability to work under high pressure, both independently and in teams.
  • Preferred: Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in educational consulting or English centers.
  • Availability to work on weekends (rotating shifts, 44 hours/week).


3. Salary & Benefits

A. Salary

  • Base salary: 8 - 12 million VND (fixed, not dependent on sales).
  • Performance-based commission: Monthly income can exceed 15 million VND with good performance.
