Self-learning skills, cultivating active and creative learning habits

At the age of 9 to 11, children have significantly developed critical thinking and communication skills. RISE integrates English lessons with knowledge of cultural and social studies to encourage students to think creatively and apply leadership skills.

Students apply their acquired knowledge to propose initiatives, actively ask various questions, and participate in discussions.



LANGUAGE ARTS

Expand to 2,100 keywords and enhance reading comprehension with passages ranging from 600 to 1,300 words.

Comprehend 10 literary genres, use charts and mind maps to systematize information, and concurrently practice 13 comprehension skills.

Practice writing essays and poems in a complete manner.

Master grammar with elements such as suffixes, verb tenses, synonyms, antonyms, homophones, polyphonic words, polysemantic words, interpretation, dictionary usage, comparison and contrast, root words and derivatives, Greek and Latin roots.


MATH

Develop thinking about integers up to the millions, multiplication between two numbers, real fractions, and imaginary fractions.

Determine angles of geometry and master the use of measuring tools such as protractors.

SCIENCE

Social Sciences: Research future careers, understand ideal role models, and grasp the concepts of qualitative and quantitative research. Practice data collection and analysis skills to equip oneself with essential skills for one's career.

Natural Sciences: Learn how to protect oneself and respond to natural disasters (earthquakes, tsunamis...), the origins of these disasters, and how to prevent them.

Understand the natural living environment in the ecosystem, and how to survive in different environments.

Understand the principles of energy and the law of conservation of energy, while mastering the skills of observation, measurement, and conducting experiments to apply this knowledge in practical scenarios.


LEADERSHIP TRAINING PROGRAM

Project Management: Develop and refine skills such as communication, preparation, and organization. Foster creative thinking, decision-making skills, curiosity, critical and logical thinking. Learn how to conduct surveys, research, and data collection and analysis.

Team Work: Pay attention to details, improve coordination, respect differing opinions, and value team members. Enhance problem-solving abilities, learn to compromise, increase tolerance , and foster a spirit of sportsmanship.

Presentation: Gain confidence in public speaking, articulate ideas clearly, convey messages effectively, and communicate efficiently. Practice presenting in pairs or groups, refine posture, gestures, eye contact, and manage public speaking anxiety.

Life Skills: Develop the ability to care, share, and empathize with others. Cultivate carefulness, meticulousness, good preparation habits, organization, cooperation, provide accurate evaluations of others, and act with personal responsibility.
